My Beliefs about Teaching and Learning
I believe that every child is unique and has special needs. Learning can take place when the child feels safe. It is my job to provide a safe and effective learning environment where a child is willing to take chances and not be afraid to make a mistake.
My role as the teacher is to act as a guide, role model, and leader in the lives of the students with whom I come into contact. When I act it is always in the best interest of my students in mind.
Parents and teachers need to establish a partnership that will allow a child to develop to his/her highest potential.
